Elaborately produced multilayer samples provide the outstandingly lifelike sound. Each of the 111 factory sounds consists of 127 individual samples, resulting in an exceptionally high dynamic range. The sounds are all editable and there are 50 user memories for your own creations.

The compact sound module has a sturdy metal housing and is operated via a touch screen LC display. With its clearly structured menu, even inexperienced users can quickly access all functions and settings. The sounds can be tuned (Tuning), muffled (Muffling) and equalized (EQ). There is also a virtual mixer that can be used to adjust the volume of the sounds individually and route them to the outputs as required.

The integrated metronome and rhythm box are ideal for practicing. Songs and play-alongs can also be streamed to the module via Bluetooth. The EFNOTE 3 module also has a built-in USB audio interface that can be used to transfer 8 tracks digitally to the computer. In addition, there are 2 analog outputs. The EFNOTE 3 is equally suitable for live and studio use as well as for teaching purposes.

The snare and tom pads, which are covered with mesh heads, are each equipped with three sensors under the playing surfaces. This multi-trigger technology guarantees uniquely high sensitivity and extremely precise response. In addition, the snare has a third playing surface. This enables a 100% precise separation between cross stick and rim shot. Incorrect triggering of the triggers is therefore absolutely impossible. The kick pad is equipped with 2 triggers, making it ideal for use with a double-foot machine.

The cymbal pads, including the hi-hat, can be played 360° – i.e. from all sides. This means that a device that prevents the cymbals from twisting is no longer necessary. The crash and ride cymbals are generally triple zone pads, which can be played on the edge, the face and the bell. In addition, all cymbal pads have a choke function for manual stopping.
